For this project, the British customer wanted to change the previous expensive PETG packaging, with something new and more responding to the growing demands for “Eco Friendly” packaging. We have therefore created a new mold with a very large mouth (about 93 mm) and we have chosen an innovative 100% recycled PET, complying with the recent new European regulations, which allow the use of recycled PET in contact with food provided that it comes from a recycler authorized by the EEC and accompanied by the necessary certifications. To complete the packaging, we supervised, at a partner company, the construction of the second life PE cap. So the packaging can be declared 100% build from recycled material!
