Bottle for the Tomato Puree

In September 2021, we successfully completed all technical and microbiological verifications for this project. The goal was to bring our Socojars technology into the world of Tomato Sauce while eliminating the post-filling pasteurization phase. Thanks to the work, that lasted 3 years, carried out in collaboration with the SSICA of Parma and with some customers of the Salerno area, we have finally managed to develop a product, which can finally bring to this food sector the advantages of PET (100% recyclable!!) well known and already adopted by the world of beverage. The product is currently available for large-scale commercialization.
